Start by shaving, moisturizing and applying primer to the area. Apply a thin base of foundation across the entire tattooed area. This won’t cover the tattoo, but it should help to even your skin tone. The next steps cycle between adding a layer of matte orange eyeshadow, hairspray and concealer. You’ll need to repeat these steps a few times, depending on how large, dark and colorful your tat is. Watch the video below for a step-by-step guide.
